Aphelion Health has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the Ours platform. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any such content or conduct.
Ours is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the App. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately and all associated data will be deleted.
The following are strictly prohibited on Ours and will result in immediate and permanent account termination:

When reporting, please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the concern, any usernames or content involved, and approximate dates or times. All reports are treated as confidential.
Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAE, Aphelion Health will:
Aphelion Health is committed to reporting confirmed or suspected CSAM to the relevant authorities in each applicable jurisdiction:
Reports are submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. NCMEC coordinates with US law enforcement and international partners.
Reports are submitted to the Film and Publication Board (FPB) and, where appropriate, to the South African Police Service (SAPS), in accordance with the Films and Publications Amendment Act, 2019.
Reports are submitted to the National Crime Agency (NCA), in accordance with the Online Safety Act 2023 (Section 66 and related provisions).
Reports are submitted to the relevant national authority in the applicable EU member state, in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and applicable national laws.
Reports are submitted to the eSafety Commissioner, in accordance with the Online Safety Act 2021.
Reports are submitted to the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) and applicable federal laws.
For jurisdictions not listed above, Aphelion Health will report to the appropriate national authority responsible for combating child exploitation.
When CSAE is detected or reported, Aphelion Health preserves all relevant content, metadata, and account information in a secure, access-restricted environment. Preservation periods comply with applicable legal requirements:
Preserved material is stored separately from active systems, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to authorised safety and legal personnel. It is not returned to the offending user and is only disclosed to law enforcement upon valid legal request.
Aphelion Health cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. This includes providing preserved evidence, account information, and any other data requested through valid legal process. We will not alert a user who is the subject of a law enforcement investigation unless legally required to do so.
